Michael is one of the longest serving employees at Journey’s End. He was born in Stellenbosch, but his family moved to Sir Lowry’s Pass village when he was nine years old. Michael started working for Journey’s End in 1998, when he was just sixteen years old. His role has definitely grown – now as Farm Foreman he is immensely proud of his success. He knows the farm inside and out and refers to it as his pride and joy. His favorite wines in the Journey’s End Range range are the Haystack Chardonnay, The Journey’s End Single Vineyard Shiraz and The Huntsman Shiraz Mourvedre.
