A juicy fruit forward wine with notes of tobacco and spice flavours, complementing red fruit flavours, and the hints of lavender and raspberry. Fresh and flavourful, the silky texture is satisfying enough for drinking on its own, but has enough personality to be confidently matched with lightly spiced dishes and fish dishes.
We have chosen grapes from the Western Cape, from areas which were identified as excellent growing regions. Grapes were carefully selected and sorted before being lightly pressed to preserve the fruit. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Components were harvested separate but blended together shortly after fermentation.
