The Frog Chorus Rose 2022

This very beautiful light pink style rosé was carefully crafted and displays an abundance of succulent strawberry, luscious cherry and raspberry flavours with subtle rose petal undertones that forms a surprisingly delicious experience.

Technical Notes

Grapes were handpicked very early in the morning allowing the grapes to retain their fruitiness and flavour. After arrival at the cellar the whole bunches were hand selected before the crushed berries were transferred into a stainless-steel tank. After crushing the grapes underwent a three-hour skin contact in static drainers before being fermented under controlled conditions at 13°C. This wine was bottled 3 weeks after the fermentation completed to ensure a fresh fruit wine to be bottled.
